Quorum Terminal keeps every preference in one Settings modal, split into a left-hand list of sections — Account, Appearance, Worktrees, Terminals, History, Logs, Shortcuts, Integrations, Claude accounts, and Remote hosts. Each section saves on its own and most changes apply immediately. This page covers the settings you reach for most.
Appearance and the editor
Appearance holds two controls. Color Preset is a grid of preset cards that set one global look for the whole UI and every terminal session at once — pick a card to switch instantly. Editor font size is a dropdown that sets the point size of the file-editor overlay; it applies as soon as you change it.
Terminals, capacity, and launch
The Terminals section governs how many shells a project may hold and how they start up:

The same section tunes scrollback depth, Sessions density, and the Agent Radar hygiene thresholds.
The Worktrees section sets where isolated agent worktrees live and the default launch mode used by the New Workflow wizard.
Keyboard shortcuts
The Shortcuts editor lists every action grouped by area. Change captures a new key combination, Reset restores a single action's default, and Reset All restores everything; changes apply once you save. Conflicts are detected so two actions can't share a binding. Defaults include Start AI ⌘ K, New terminal ⌘ ⇧ T, Split ⌘ ⇧ N, History ⌘ ⇧ H, Source control ⌘ ⇧ G, and Cycle waiting agents ⌘ ⇧ A.
Integrations and privacy
Quorum Terminal is macOS-only and runs entirely on your Mac — it never receives your code, prompts, or usage. The Integrations section is the single opt-in switch for reading local Claude Code and Codex data (~/.claude, ~/.codex) and your usage token from the Keychain, which powers Usage, Sessions, Agent Radar, Plugins, and Skills. It is On by default; turn it Off for a prompt-free experience. The same section tracks macOS permissions like Full Disk Access and exposes an optional switch to share only aggregated totals with your account. The Claude accounts section is experimental.
